PURPOSE:To obtain a safe aerosol container which permits a direct and easy visual check of the residual amount of the contents before disposal and which, even when discarded in its original condition without making any hole therein, lessens the possibility of bursting or exploding the container in an incinerator. CONSTITUTION:The aerosol container has a metal-made body part 1 and a light transmitting bottom part 5 made from synthetic resin. The bottom part 5 is provided with a plurality of places 15 and 16 where a small hole can be easily made therethrough. In this way the residual amount of the contents 18 can be directly and visually checked and, even if the container is discarded in its original condition, the synthetic resin made bottom part 5 is dissolved or detached from the container before bursting or explosion in an incinerator. Since for this reason the inner pressure of the container does not rise and the residual pressure is released, safety can be assured. Also, since a visual check can be made of the container to confirm the absence of the residual contents 18, a small hole can be made in the bottom part 5 free from fear of the container bursting. |
