<p>PURPOSE:To provide a rotary driving force which outputs a predetermined amount of energy by rotating a rotary wheel in a cistern by means of buoyancy caused by air supplied as needed. CONSTITUTION:A shaft body comprising a double-piped inner shaft 11 and an outer shaft 13 is passed through both side walls of a cistern 1 in a watertight state and a rotary wheel 10 is freely rotatably disposed within the cistern 1. A plurality of air communicating notes 14 are bored through the outer shaft 13 rotatably fitted around the outer periphery of the inner shaft 11, while the air communicating holes 14 are made to intermittently coincide with an air injection supply hole 12 bored through the bottom portion of the inner shaft 11. Air feed lines 15, communicated to the respective air communicating holes 14 to supply air to a plurality of air reservoirs 16 in sequence which are disposed on the outer peripheral edge of the shaft body, are disposed radially on the outer periphery of the outer shaft 13 and an air escape 17 for allowing air to escape in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation is opened through each of the air reservoirs 16.</p> |
