The system consists of a nozzle (10) which can be turned about an axis (A) perpendicular to its outlet, with the position of the nozzle controlled by a cam, a spring and a hydraulic motor (12). The hydraulic motor contains a turbine (34) which is driven by the fluid passing through the nozzle and rotates the nozzle through gears (30,30-1,32).
