PRODUCTION OF HEAT INSULATING PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the use amt. of CCl3F enhance the adhesion of polyurethane foam with a surface plate and reduce and uniformize the size of air bubbles in the polyurethane foam to develop excellent heat insulating properties. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating panel is produced by injecting a foamable urethane stock soln. in the space S formed by two metal surface plates and a frame 2 and foaming the same. The lower limit of the content of CCl3F in the urethane stock soln. is set to 3wt.% and the temp. of the surface plates is set to 30-50 deg.C.
