PICTURE PROCESSOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a picture processor capable of reducing time required for output without increasing data amount required for preservation. CONSTITUTION:A coding part 2 encodes picture data and compresses them and a decoding part 4 decodes the encoded data to the original picture data. A row picture data transfer part 5 transfers picture data of a specific row among the picture data of a picture memory part 1 to the coding part 2 and transfers the picture data corresponding to the specific row decoded at the decoding part 4 to the specific row of the picture memory part 1. A remaining picture data transfer part 6 transfers the data of the rows which are not transferred by the row picture data transfer part 5 among the picture data of the picture memory part 1 to the coding part 2 and transfers the picture data not corresponding to the specific row decoded at the decoding part 4 to the rows which are not transferred by the row picture data transfer part 5 of the picture memory part 1. A row picture data reduction part 9 reduces the picture data of the row required for the output among the picture data of the picture memory part 1 in a row direction and transfers them to an output part 8 at the time of high-speed output. Thus, the time taken for the output is reduced without increasing the preservation amount.
