PURPOSE:To provide a heat board, which is suitable for drying the impregnated material of epoxy resin, by applying specified ceramic coating. CONSTITUTION:Chromium-oxide/iron-oxide based ceramic coating (thermal spraying of Cr2O3 46%.Fe2O3 26%, and thickness of 8-100mum) is applied on the surface of a heat board made of stainless steel (SU630). Thus, infrared-rays, which are readily absorbed with epoxy regin, are generated. |
