PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method of a web for heating and molding, which has the characteristic of the uniform dispersing method of reinforced fiber based on a paper forming method and the sheet material of reinforced fiber resin that is obtained by heating and molding the web. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic resin powder and/or thermosetting resin powder of 20-90weight% and reinforced fiber of 10-80weight% having the fiber length of 3-50mm are agitated in the aqueous solution of water-soluble macromolecules, whose viscosity is 3-100cp. Thus, the reinforced fiber is opened. The resin powder and the reinforced fiber (elastic modulus of 15,000kgf/mm<2> or more) are uniformly dispersed, and a web is formed. The obtained web is dried. Then, the web is heated and molded, and the reinforced fiber resin molded product is obtained. Therefore, the reinforced fiber of the web is sufficiently opened, and the resin powder is uniformly dispersed in close contact with the reinforced resin. The operability is excellent. Thus, the reinforced fiber resin sheet material, whose mechanical strength is high and surface performance is excellent, and the final molded product are provided by performing the heating and the molding. |
