PURPOSE:To promote cooling of a front edge of a moving blade of a gas turbine. CONSTITUTION:A part of a turbulence promotor 31 on an inner surface of a front edge of a moving blade is cut out. A rib 33 is formed on the cutout portion with a gap 32 in respect to an end face of the cut out turbulence promotor, which rib 33 is extending in a substantial parallel manner to a flowing direction of cooling medium. The cooling medium, flowing through the gap 32 between the rib 33 and the cut-out end face of the turbulence promotor 31, is improved in its thermal conduction efficiency because its flow is disturbed by edging effect of the cut-out corners. Cooling characteristic is also improved by increasing a contact area of an inner wall of a flow passage due to the rib 33. It is possible to relieve high temperature oxydation and thermal stress of the front edge of the blade.
