PURPOSE:To maintain a beautiful appearance of a building by a method wherein suction and exhaust of an outdoor unit are carried out through gaps between louver blades. CONSTITUTION:A louver 3b is installed in an opening 1 on the upper part of an exterior wall 2 on the gable side of a building A and an outdoor unit 41 is installed on the inside of the louver 3b, so that suction and exhaust of the outdoor unit 41 are carried out through gaps between blades 31 of the louver 3b. When the outdoor unit 41 takes in air through the lower part of the louver 3b and discharges exhaust air through the upper part of the louver 3b, the upper blades 31 are turned upward in the outdoor direction, so that suction air and exhaust air of the outdoor unit 41 are kept from mingling together. Therefore, the building has no protruding part for the outdoor unit 41 in exterior appearance and it looks as if it were a ventilation opening or a loophole. |
