<p>PURPOSE: To provide a pouch easily reclosable by a consumer and capable of being formed, filled and sealed at a comparatively high speed by orienting a web material so that the walls are substantially vertical, and providing a fastener adjacent a lower edge of the walls. CONSTITUTION: A first wall 12 and a second wall 14 mutually sealable along bottom edges 16, 18 and side edges 20, 22 are mounted, and the closing elements 24, 26 are mounted on the upper parts of the walls. The closing elements 24, 26 have the supplemental zipper profiles 32, 34 horizontally extendable for providing the reclosability, on their inner surfaces, and an unseparatable upper seal 36 is mounted along an upper edge of a pouch. A plurality of gripper beads 38 are mounted between the zipper profiles 32, 34 and the upper seal 36, and a separatable airtight seal 39 is extended just under the zipper profiles. A fragile line 88 formed just under the closing elements 24, 26 makes an upper part of the pouch tearable, so that the gripper beads 38 for separating the zipper profiles 32, 34 and the separatable seal 39 can be easily manually close to one another.</p> |
