PURPOSE:To increase floor area in a unit type building in a short time and at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:An underfloor building unit 1 free from ceiling face member between upper beams 4 and am overfloor building unit 2 free from floor face member between lower beams 7 constitute a well part 9. A floor panel 20 is installed between the lower beams 7 of this well part 9 to divide the part up and down, and thereby floor increase is accomplished. Because a floor face material and ceiling face material are affixed to this floor panel 20, the floor increasing works can be accomplished only by detaining the floor panel 20 with the lower beams 7, which allows increasing floor in a short timer and at a low cost. |
