MICROCAPSULE FOR OILY LIQUID

PURPOSE: To provide a microcapsule which is composed of emulsifiable non- gastroresistant coating polymers and gastroresistant polymer and has a solid sheath contg. an oily liquid. CONSTITUTION: This microcapsule consists of the layer of a coating material contg. the emulsifiable non-gastroresistant coating polymers (e.g.; gum arabic, maltodectrin) and the gastroresistant polymers (e.g.; cellulose acetyl phthalate) and is composed of the solid sheath contg. the oily liquid (e.g.; fish oil). The oil-in-water type emulsion obtd. from the oily liquid described above and the aq. soln. of the coating material contg. at least >=1 kinds of the gastroresistant polymers together with at least >=1 kinds of emulsifiers is prepd. to the microcapsules sized 25 to 100μby using a drying device by spraying. A plasticize (e.g.; triacetine) may be added to the coating material.
