<p>PURPOSE:To provide a color resist material capable of forming a color filter at a lower post baking temp. than conventional temp., extending the range of selection of a stuff dye usable in the color resist material because of the lower post baking temp. and capable of producing a color filter requiring a fine pattern for a solid-state image pickup element. CONSTITUTION:This color resist material consists of a polymer binder having carboxyl groups, a multifunctional monomer having two or more polymerizable double bonds, a photopolymn. initiator, a stuff dye and a heat curing agent.</p> |
