PURPOSE:To facilitate the chase of a source by deciding whether the original is a special original prohibitted from copying or not from image information of the original and at the time of judging it to be the special original, punching the original image area of the recording paper to prevent the forged copy from being used. CONSTITUTION:An original reading part 130 reads image data from the original, converts it to a digital signal and outputs it to an image processing part 203, which executes various kinds of necessary image processings for input image data. An image generating part 101 image-generation-processes image data processed by the processing part 203. On the other hand, a deciding part 205 decides whether the original is the special original which is prohibited from copying such as paper money, a valuable securities, etc., or not based on image data from a reading part 130. When the original is judged to be the special original, a system controller 206 outputs a control signal, makes it to synchronize with the control of the generation part 101 and makes a punching part 120 to punch within the original area on the recording paper. Thus, the forged copy is prevented from being used and the chase of the source is facilitated with simple constitution. |
