PURPOSE:To eliminate the trouble required for preparation in a seal fixing mechanism for elutriator cell separation system by automatically fixing a fixed part of a seal. CONSTITUTION:A protrusion 4 is provided so as to be off-set from the rotational center and in opposition to a door 3 positioned above a seal on the upper surface of a fixed part 1 of the seal and a protrusion 5 is provided so as to be projected from the door 3 toward the fixed part 1 of the seal, in which the positions and shapes of these protrusions are provided so that they make contact with each other when the part 1 is rotated.
