PURPOSE:To make it possible to transfer a high temperature outside with high efficiency by transferring the high temperature of the outer peripheral part of a high-speed vortex flow of a fluid outside an apparatus by a heat pipe, in a temperature separating apparatus utilizing the vortex flow. CONSTITUTION:High-pressure air introduced from outside is jetted from a blowoff nozzle 1 at a high speed in the direction of circumference of a cylindrical body 2. Thereby the air is self-cooled by an adiabatic expansion effect and also a high-speed vortex flow 3 is generated toward an end part of the cylindrical body 2. Since the central part of the cylindrical body 2 is at a low pressure and the peripheral part thereof at a high pressure on the occasion, cool air and warm air are separated and the former is distributed in the central part, while the latter is distributed in the peripheral part. The cool air separated in this way is taken outside by a cool air takeout pipe 4 inserted into the central part of the cylindrical body 2, so as to be used, while the high temperature of the warm air is taken outside by a heat pipe 5 provided in the peripheral part of the cylindrical body 2, so as to be used. |
