PURPOSE:To flexibly cope with a component having different shape, size, etc., by incorporating general-purpose properties in an attitude conversion of the component in a component handling. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of air diffusing holes 3 vertically penetrating through a component sorter 2 are arranged in an array state, and air branch tubes 5 branched from an air pipe 4 are respectively connected to the holes 3 through solenoid switching valves 6. A visual sensor 8 such as a CCD camera is provided above the sorter 2. A suitable valve 6 is opened based on a component attitude obtained by the sensor 8 and a component attitude to be an object to diffuse the air to a component 10, thereby rotating the component 10 to obtain the attitude to be the object. |
