METHOD FOR PRODUCING NON-WOVEN FABRIC USING HIGH PRESSURE SUBSTANCE

The method is characterized by utilizing the gap controlling plate, while shedding the lower fluid spray hole in a slit-way, so that gap between each spray hole is controlled to 0.2-0.8 m, fluid spray angle between the spray nozzle and the web is 15-20 , gap between the spray nozzle and the web is 1-3 cm, and spraying time of fluid is 1-4 ea. By modifying the spray hole of the high-pressure fluid spray nozzle into a slit-type, spraying pressure can be maintained uniformly, and gap between the spray holes can be arbitrarily controlled, thus the quality of nonwoven can be enhanced.
