<p>PURPOSE:To provide the process state estimating device which can predict and estimate a state controlled variable from the manipulated variable of a process by using a fuzzy inference means. CONSTITUTION:In this process state estimating device 1, discrete transfer functions as prediction models are set in state predictive arithmetic parts 4-7 respectively according to the coordinate relation the input and output of measured values (CV, NW, and MOLa) based upon the manipulated variable of a cultivation process and an estimated value CUL, and future variation values (TEMP, PH, MOL, and DO) as state quantities. Consequently, a state prediction part 3 predicts the future state quantities (TEMP-DO) of the cultivation process from the measured values (CV-M0La) and estimated value CUL. Then the state estimation arithmetic part 9 of a state estimation part 8 inputs the predicted state quantities (TEMP-DO), calculates substrate consumption SUB as a future variation value of the cultivation process, and calculates and outputs substrate consumption SUBp in combination with current substrate consumption SUB.</p> |
