PURPOSE: To obtain a small unit to make coffee composed of low cost parts that consist of a cylindrical chamber with multiple pistons mounted on a linear actuator. CONSTITUTION: This is a machine to make coffee with a cylindrical chamber composed of multiple pistons 3 and 5 whose head walls are mounted on a circulative ball screw actuator 11. Once coffee powder is put into the chamber, both pistons are pushed to each other to generate pressure, and hot water is poured to produce percolated liquid. |
