The note or label leaves have an adhesive zone at one edge. The holding leaves (5) are coupled to a cooler sheet (2a,b) for releasable adhering of the note leaves (4). They are in a stack, pref. forming a pad, or another registered configuration. The holding leaves can be moved along the adhesive edge zone (6) of the individual note leaves about a swivel axis (7) and are coupled to the top leaf, on the pad cover. Pref. the holding leaves are of paper or plastics foil. USE/ADVANTAGE - Marking system of note pad prevents loss, and allows easy handling.
