<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a restriction to the shape of non-slip studs and prevent the non-slip studs from being peeled off by a method wherein cutouts having desired shapes are made only in a tread and resin is injected through through- holes in a bond area. CONSTITUTION:An outsole 1 is split into a tread 2 and a bond area 3 from the toe part up to an arch part 4. Cutouts 5 having desired shapes of non-slip studs are made in the middle part and the toe part of the tread 2. An injection hole 6 is made in the bond area corresponding to the middle position between the cutouts 5 in the tread 3 and two or more through-holes 7 and 8 are made in the bond area corresponding to places across the borders of the cutouts 5 in the toe and the middle parts of the tread 2. The tread 2 and the bond area 3 are completely bonded together with adhesives. Adhesive is injected into the recessed parts of the cutouts 5 and dried and the tread 2 is brought in close contact with a mold member. Resin paste is injected through the injection hole 6 of the bond area 3 to mold non-slip studs, thus an outsole with nor-slip studs is completed. The non-slip studs on the tread 2 can be formed into desired shapes and the non-slip studs at the toe part is prevented from being peeled off, resulting in an improvement in the durability.</p> |
