<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the application of the proper amount of adhesive by a method wherein the adhesive and hardener are mixed together with a mixer and, after that, jetted from a jet when block mat is manufactured by placing block through adhesive on the porous supporting sheet running on a conveyor. CONSTITUTION:After releasing sheet and filter cloth are placed on a conveyor 11 from the left end side of the conveyor, the adhesive and hardener in adhesive tanks 24 and 25 are applied with an applicator 12 onto the predetermined position of the filter cloth. On the other hand, concrete block 2 is placed on pallet and shifted so as to heat the bottom face of the block with the heating device 21 of the bottom face of the block. After heating, blocks consisting of every one row are pushed out with a pusher 23 so as to be shifted onto filter cloth in order to complete block mat by being passed through a block pressing device 15 and a curing tank 16. In this case, the applicator 12 has a mixer, which is shiftable to the widthwise direction of the filter cloth so as to jet the adhesive and hardener fed to the mixer for mixing through a plurality of nozzles.</p> |
