<p>PURPOSE:To provide the pulse wave meter with a blood pressure measuring function which can measure a blood pressure and pulse waves with the single apparatus and is easy to use. CONSTITUTION:A main unit part 7 is provided with a pulse wave sensor part 1 which detects an increase or decrease in the amt. of blood, a blood pressure sensor part 2 which detects a blood pressure value, a computing and measuring part 3 which computes or measures physiological data, such as pulse waves, acceleration pulse waves and blood pressure, in accordance with the signal outputs of the pulse wave sensor part 1 and the blood pressure sensor part 2 and a display part 5 which displays the results of the computation and measurement made in the computing and measuring part so that the pulse waves and blood pressure can be measured, compared and displayed by the single apparatus. The hand of use is improved by the integral structure to contain the pulse wave sensor part 1 within the main unit part 7. Further, a blood pressure sensor housing part 8 housing the cuff of the blood pressure sensor part 2 is provided within the main unit part 7, by which the simplicity and portability are improved.</p> |
