摘要

The shadowmask frame assembly for a cathode tube comprises a frame and a shadowmask having many electron beam through-holes, whose spaces between one another on the corner region of the mask are etched to a specified depth. Thus it decreases the heat capacity of the shadowmask corner part fixed on the frame, and standardize purity drift quantity of the cathode tube to increase the resolution.
