PURPOSE:To reduce the number of program circuits so as to vary only specific output with regard to a certain control signal by decoding the signal of a program circuit containing fuses. CONSTITUTION:Varying an output 517 only requires cutting a fuse 503. At this time, when a control signal 520 is non-selective, all outputs 507, 517, 527, 537 attain Low level; when the control signal 520 becomes selective, only the output 517 attains High level, and the other outputs 507, 527, 537 remain non- selective. Further, varying the output 527 requires cutting fuses 503 and 504. This process saves programing circuits and simplifies circuits. |
