The device comprises a belt between a reel disk on the circumference of a fixed axle on a deck and a reel gear facing it, a space portion formed between the central bottom of a reel disk and central top of the reel gear, and a slide with pad connected with the space portion by expansion spring, thereby preventing the slipping of reel disks in fast-forward and rewind mode.
