发明名称 MOLDING IMPROVED IN COATING PROPERTY AND ITS PRODUCTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify a coating process and obtain the subject molding, having prescribed physical properties, excellent in working environment and flexibility and useful as automotive members, etc., at a low cost by using a specific PP resin, a specified copolymer rubber, a specific diene polymer, etc., and a specified ionomer in a specific proportion. CONSTITUTION:The objective molding is obtained by heat-treating 100 pts.wt, total amount of (A) 30-70wt.% PP resin having >=12wt.% ethylene content and 10-100g/10min melt flow rate(MFR) at 230 deg.C under 2.16kg load and (B) 30-70wt.% ethylene-propylene-based copolymer rubber having 10-70wt.% propylene content and 5-300 ML1+4 (100 deg.C), (C) 0.1-25 pts.wt. diene polymer having hydroxyl groups at the terminals and (D) 0.1-25 pts.wt. one or more selected from copolymers of ethylene and a carboxyl group-containing unsaturated compound and ionomers composed of the copolymers together with an organic peroxide and then injection molding the resultant material. This molding has 2-40wt.% gel fraction and 500-10000kg/cm<2> flexural elastic modulus.
