PURPOSE:To manufacture gel under constant polymerization conditions constantly by mixing acrylamide monomer solution of a high concn., peroxide solution of a low concn. and reducer the soltion of a low concn at a desired ratio, and introducing mixed liquid to a gel support body. CONSTITUTION:There solutions of peroxide solution (liquid A), reducer solution (liquid B), and acrylamide monomer solution (liquid C) are supplied by a pump P respectively to be mixed in a mixer M and supplied to a gel support body. By changing a flow ratio of the pump feeding the three solutions, the solution of a desired gel concn. can be produced. By controlling a flow ratio of the pump by a computer PC through a controller CB, the gel concn. can be changed discontinuously, or a concn. gradient can be formed easily by continuous change of the flow ratio. |
