PURPOSE:To increase efficiency of shell breaking of boiled eggs and to break boiled eggs hygienically by making constitution wherein shell of boiled eggs is broken while moving the boiled eggs in the circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:The outer peripheral parts of two ring plates are connected with a great number of bar materials arranged in the circumferential direction, an inner and an outer bar material drums A and B are formed, the outer bar material drum B is concentrically supported outside the inner bar material drum A so as to rotate the drums in mutually opposite directions while maintaining the center of the shaft of the outer drum horizontally. Consequently, a great number of boiled egg storage chambers 13 are formed along the circumferential direction at the outer peripheral part of the outer bar material drum B by the bar materials 2a, 2b and 4 constituting the inner and the outer bar material drums A and B and a pair of division rings 5 attached to the outer bar material drum B. Boiled eggs E are fed to the storage chambers 13, stored, collided against the bar materials 2a, 2b and 4 while spraying water shower from a shower device S arranged right above the bar material drums A and B and moving the boiled eggs in the circumferential direction. |
