摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the subject film excellent in antistatic properties and printability. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin laminated film contains 0.3-50wt.% of a linear irregularly arranged polyolefinic resin with a wt. average molecular weight of 1000-50000 consisting of 45-98.5mol% of an olefin structural unit represented by general; formula (I) (wherein R<1> is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group), 0-15mol% of an acrylate structural unit represented by general formula (II) (R<2> is a 1-4C alkyl group), 0.5-5mol% of an alkylmaleimide structural unit represented by general formula (III) (wherein R<3> is a 8-18C alkyl group or a 8-18C aryl group) and l-35mol% of a cationized maleimide structural unit.
