A device for supplying tap water to and draining waste water from a sanitary room in a house having at least two floors comprises at least one water pipe (3, 4, 5) and one main waste water pipe (2) for connection to water tapping and draining places, respectively, in the sanitary room and in the ceiling and/or floor of the sanitary room to corresponding pipes of another house floor. It also comprises a box-like casing (1), which is adapted to be arranged in the sanitary room and in which said at least one water pipe (3, 4, 5) and main waste water pipe (2) as well as branching means (27, 28, 34, 39, 40) from and feed means (37, 41) to the water pipe and the main waste water pipe, respectively, required for the units of the sanitary room connected to a water supply are arranged. |
