PULSE FILTER SLUDGE SAMPLING DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To achieve a device for sampling a sludge which exists in a dissolved liquid within a pulse filter in a clearing process within a reactor spent nuclear fuel reprocessing factory. CONSTITUTION:A pedestal 51 is mounted to a lower part of a screen plug 3 which can be engaged to a side hole 31a of a radiation-shielding chamber 101 and a suction pump 1 is mounted to a bottom surface of the pedestal 51. A rod 8 for driving pump is mounted through the shielding plug 3 so that it can be moved freely up and down and a lower edge of the rod is connected to the suction pump 1. A sampling pot 4 is mounted to a tip of a piping which is lead out of a discharge port of the suction pump 1 by using a nut (gear) 42 for mounting pot. A rod 6 for removing pot is mounted through the shielding plug 3 and the pedestal 51 in sequence so that it can be rotated freely around them and then a nut (gear) 41 for removing pot which separates the sampling pot 4 by rotating the nut (gear) 42 for mounting pot in inverse direction is interlocked to the lower edge.
