PURPOSE:To surely remove a binder from a green body without damaging the compact or forming microcracks in the surface in powder compacting. CONSTITUTION:A solvent 5 having a relatively low b.p. is placed in a closed vessel 1, a green body 4 is put in the solvent, the vessel is heated to the b.p. of the solvent 5 or the vessel is vibrated by an ultrasonic vibrator 8 when the solvent 5 is kept below the b.p., and the binder is completely removed. |
