PURPOSE:To reduce the speed ripple in constant revolution of a stepping motor without increasing acceleration distance and deceleration distance. CONSTITUTION:A disc 70 and a photocoupler 75 detect the revolution of a stepping motor 10, and when an acceleration detecting circuit 80 detects that it has shifted from an acceleration area to a revolution area, a pump 30 discharges viscous liquid 60 into inside of a column 60. Moreover, in the case that the acceleration detecting circuit 80 detects the deceleration of the stepping motor 10, the pump 30 sucks the viscous liquid 60 filling the column 20 and returns it to a vessel 50. |
