CONSTITUTION:This intermediate potential generating circuit is provided with potential detection circuits 1, 2, a potential supply control circuit 3 and a potential supply circuit 4. When the potential detection circuits 1, 2 discriminates a potential on a signal line 5 to be higher than an intermediate potential, the potential supply circuit 4 discharges the signal line 5 and when the potential detection circuits 1, 2 discriminates a potential on a signal line 5 to be lower than an intermediate potential, the potential supply circuit 4 charges the signal line 5 and when the potential detection circuits 1, 2 discriminates a potential on a signal line 5 to be an intermediate level, the potential supply control circuit 3 stops the operation of the potential supply circuit 4. |
