CONSTITUTION: Unfoamed water slurry of fibers 39 contg. 0.5-7% fibers are mixed with a foaming liq. 36 comprising water, air and a surfactant. A foamed fiber supplying material 40 contg. 50-80 vol.% air and fibers of 0.1-3 wt.% based on the dry wt. of the fibers is supplied in jet state to between the felt 11 and wire 12 from pressurized head box 20.
