<p>PURPOSE:To establish widely adjusting range of a molten resin temperature, by a method wherein a lip gap is divided into a plurality of heater lanes, a necessary quantity of variation of a resin temperature is established through a necessary quantity of variation of a resin flow of the lanes each, a necessary quantity of variation of a temperature of a heater is established through the necessary quantity of variation of the resin temperature and based on this, a heater is controlled. CONSTITUTION:A lip gap is divided into a plurality of n pieces of heater lanes in the direction of a width, a necessary quantity of variation of a resin flow DELTAqi (i=1, 2,... n) of a target established resin flow qi of the each lane is established through the deviation of a profile of a sheet thickness or a profile of quantity of bank of the each lane, a formula I (DELTAti, b and DELTAqi represent respectively the necessary quantity of variation of resin flow, temperature coefficient of molten resin viscosity and necessary quantity of variation of the resin flow) is calculated and a necessary quantity of variation of a resin temperature DELTATi is established. Then a formula II (DELTATi, alphaij, c, q represent respectively a necessary quantity of variation of the temperature of the heater, proportionality constant, specific heater of molten resin, and flow of the resin) is calculated and the necessary quantity of variation of the temperature of the heater DELTATi is established, through which the respective heaters are controlled.</p> |
