<p>PURPOSE:To separate gaseous nitrogen while almost maintaining a prescribed concn. when the optimum adsorption process time is adopted in accordance with the amt. of gaseous nitrogen taken out. CONSTITUTION:When processed including at least adsorption and regeneration are alternately repeated in adsorption towers 19, 20 each packed with an adsorbent to separate gaseous nitrogen from raw gas contg. at least gaseous oxygen besides gaseous nitrogen and the separated gaseous nitrogen is stored, adsorption process time is gradually shifted to the optimum adsorption process time in accordance with the flow rate of gaseous nitrogen taken out in a prescribed shift time.</p> |
