PURPOSE:To attain simplification of construction, miniaturization, and weight reduction by providing a means to also use a ratchet, a pole, a tilt retainer, a lock spring, and the like for respective fixing mechanisms on the decided position and the tilt up position of a tilt upper bracket. CONSTITUTION:When a tilt lever 23 is operated in the clockwise direction so as to rotationally move a tilt retainer 24 against a lock spring 25, the teeth 22a of a pole 22 is detached from the teeth 21a of a ratchet 21 by means of a releasing cam 24b through a follower pin 22b, and hence a tilt upper bracket 12 is released from a tilt support 11. The tilt upper bracket 12 is tilted up by means of a tilt up spring 14, and a tilt cam 32 is detached from a tilt memory pin 31. Then, by releasing the operation of the tilt lever 23, the tilt retainer 24 is rotationally moved to the lock position by means of the lock spring 25, and the tilt upper bracket 12 is fixed to the tilt support 11 on the tilt up position. |
