A novel, useful external preparation for treating hemorrhoidal diseases which contains-a polyene macrolide fungicide such as pimaricin, nystatin or amphotericin B. It is useful as a remedy for hemorrhoidal diseases, because it has an excellent effect of curing various hemorrhoidal diseases such as anal fissure, periproctitis, hemorrhoid, or anal fistula, in particular, the last two which are thought to be grave among others. |
