PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which can remarkably reduce the amount of deposits on an intake valve, by mixing a polyoxyalkylene glycol ester, a succinimide, and a lubricating oil fraction. CONSTITUTION:The title composition consists of a polyoxyalkylene glycol monoester of formula I, having an average molecular weight of 500 to 5000, and/or a polyoxyalkylene glycol diester of formula II, having an average molecular weight of 500 to 5000; a monosuccinimide of formula III and/or a bissuccinimde of formula IV; and a lubricating oil fraction having a viscosity of 3 to 5mm<2>/s (100 deg.C). In the formulas, R1 is alkylene; R2 is II, or an aliphatic, alicyclic or aromatic hydrocarbon group; R3 is an aliphatic acid residue; R4 is a 10C or higher olefin oligomer group; R5 is 2-4C alkylene; m is 1 to 10; R6 and R6' are each a 30C or higher olefin oligomer group; R7 is 2-4C alkylene; n is 0 to 10. |
