<p>PURPOSE:To enable a continuous video recording for a long time inconceivable heretofore by independently providing magnetic heads for reading information of the tape which is rotated while being inserted to a rotary shaft, in housing, parts respectively. CONSTITUTION:When a recording/reproducing button 8 is pressed, a driving mechanism in the main body is actuated to start rotation of the rotary shaft 5 of hausing part 3a, and the tape is forwarded, then the information is read out by the magnetic head 7a. When the tape of the side (a) is rotated and approached to the end of the surface A, the signal is detected to start rotation of the rotary shaft 6 of housing part 3b at the side (b), and the magnetic head 7b is brought into contact with the tape to make the information of tape to be read out. When the tape is approached to the end of the side (b), the rotary shaft 6 is inversely rotated and the tape is inversely traveled and transferred to the surface B. Then, the tape is sent to the end to finish the operation, and the rotation is stopped.</p> |
