<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate installation of optical CT in vertical bus type transforming facility without requiring troublesome work. CONSTITUTION:A vertically arranged third bus 18 is anchored, at the lover end thereof, to the base 15a of a supporting steel tower through an anchor insulator 20a containing an optical fiber and optical connectors 20a1, 20a2 are disposed, respectively, at the upper and lover ends of the anchor insulator 20a. An optical CT 25a is connected through an optical fiber cable to the optical connector 20a1 at the upper end thereof wherein the optical CT 25a is disposed closely to the fixed side terminal 17a3 of a horizontal double-break disconnector and produces an optical signal having intensity modulated according to the current value of the third bus 18. On the other hand, the lower end optical connector 20a2 is connected with an optical fiber, contained in a flexible conduit 27a, having the other end connected with a central abnormality monitor.</p> |
