PURPOSE:To enhance reliability of an input circuit by eliminating malfunctions due to noise. CONSTITUTION:This circuit comprises an input circuit consisting of a level circuit and a differential circuit and having logic level of less variation in manufacture condition and less variation in source voltage, an inverter 20 of high logic level which latches the output of the input circuit, an inverter 21 which latches the output of the inverter 20, and an N-channel MOS transistor N15 arranged between the output point J of the input circuit and the ground potential and gate-latching the output of the inverter 20. |
