PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a liquid-jet recording head, wherein an aging process is carried out under optimum conditions to obtain a heating resistor having a consistent resistance for a long period of time, thereby providing a good and stable delivery of recording liquid. CONSTITUTION:Circuits 200, 400 for optimizing electric signals which are applied to a heating resistor 23 as an aging process and a circuit 500 for controlling the temperature of a substrate at an optimum temperature during the aging process are provided on a head substrate 1A and a heat aging process is carried out in or after the manufacture of a recording head 1 using these circuits.
