PURPOSE:To provide a decorative embossed sheet capable of obtaining extremely peculiar and beautiful appearance developing not only a design element having a three-dimensional feeling due to an uneven shape but also an optical design element (especially, locally emitting light). CONSTITUTION:The substrate 1 of a sheet is formed from a synthetic resin mixed with a fluorescent material and an uneven shape 2 is applied thereto as an embossed pattern.
