PURPOSE:To set a propeller automatically in a shallow water sailing position at one touch. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a propeller 5 installed freely rotatably on a hull 1, a propeller turning cylinder 9 to the propeller 5 in a tilt up position C or in a tilt down position A in turning motion, a shallow water sailing detecting sensor 7 to detect a position of the propeller 5 in the case of sailing on the shallow water and a means to stop the propeller 5 at a shallow water sailing position B by means of signals of the shallow water sailing detecting sensor 7 in the case of tilting up the propeller 5 by driving the propeller turning cylinder 9 during an engine operation.
