CONSTITUTION:A flow straightening plate 10 formed in a three-dimensional shape is mounted on the periphery of a propeller fan 8 of a body 1 and to a shroud cover 4. The flow straightening plate in a three-dimensional shape prevents the occurrence of a reverse flow short circuit of the reverse flow of a discharge flow of blast generated with the aid of the propeller fan and causes improvement of blast efficiency. |
