AUTOMATIC INSOLE FOR ASSEMBLING SHOES AND PROVIDED WITH A SYSTEM FOR CENTERING AND AUTOMATICALLY MOUNTING THE INSOLE ON THE LAST AND THE HEEL ON THE INSOLE

The "automatic insole" is an insole (1) having one or more cavities depending on the number of bushings (2) to be inserted therein. A matching number of movable bushings (2) is inserted into each of said cavities so that they can adopt two end positions without coming out of the cavity. A bar code (3) containing the particular characteristics of the insole is printed or applied on the outer surface of the insole. With the insole thereby obtained: 1) the insole may be picked up and automatically engaged by the end of the one or more movable bushings; 2) the insole may be centered on the last; 3) the insole may be temporarily mounted on the last by a simple movement of part of the movable bushing(s) (2) within a sleeve (5) on the shoe forming last; 4) the heel (7) may be centered; 5) the heel (7) may be mounted by said part of the movable bushing (2) moving within the heel; 6) the heel may be fastened by a screw (8) running through the middle of the movable bushing and fixing it to the insole along with the heel; 7) the shoe may be removed without extracting nails, clips or metal stitches from the insole; and 8) the insole may be selected and correctly coupled with the corresponding last by reading the bar code provided on said insole.
